Ci avete segnalato un post Instagram di qualche giorno fa, un post in inglese che denuncia quelle che tutti possiamo definire crudeltà sugli animali.

Le foto che accompagnano il lungo post non sono false, sono vecchie, perché mentre è vero che una volta per il fumo i test sugli animali erano legali, sono ormai anni che in Europa sono stati vietati. La direttiva che li vieta è la 2010/63/UE che vieta gli esperimenti sugli animali a meno che in casi specifici: il testare i danni da fumo non rientra tra quelli.
Sia chiaro, questa foto e le altre che circolano non sono false, quasi tutte quelle che vengono sfruttate da associazioni animaliste per sensibilizzare (male) sul tema risalgono a esperimenti degli anni 70, 80 e 90.
Continuare a condividerle senza spiegare quanto riassunto qui sopra è sbagliato, specie considerato che questa storiella in Italia circola almeno dal 2014 (in realtà anche da prima, ma è nel 2014 che è stata trattata dai colleghi di bufale net).
Sull’argomento esiste anche una pagina wiki, in inglese, decisamente interessante.
Non credo sia necessario aggiungere altro.
